Research Policy

1. Intended Use

All compounds available through Vincor Labs are supplied exclusively for non-clinical laboratory research purposes. Our products are intended for use by qualified researchers, scientists, and institutions operating within appropriate professional and regulatory frameworks.

Vincor Labs products must not be used for:

• Human consumption of any kind
• Animal consumption or veterinary use
• Clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications
• Resale as consumer products
• Any application outside of a controlled laboratory research environment

2. Eligible Purchasers

Products from Vincor Labs are intended for the following:

• Qualified research laboratories and scientific institutions
• Researchers working within approved programs and facility requirements
• Organizations with appropriate internal procedures for receiving and managing laboratory materials

Vincor Labs does not supply products to clinics, medical practices, or any organization intending to use them in a manner involving humans or animals outside of a laboratory research context.

3. Age Requirement

All purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. By placing an order with Vincor Labs, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Vincor Labs reserves the right to cancel any order where the age requirement cannot be verified.

4. Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Vincor Labs is committed to full transparency regarding the quality and purity of our compounds. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is posted on each product page where available. COAs include relevant purity data and batch identifiers to ensure consistent traceability across all products.

If you require a COA for a specific batch not currently posted, please contact us at support@vincorlabs.ca.

5. Purchaser Responsibilities

By ordering from Vincor Labs, you confirm and agree that:

• You are 21 years of age or older
• You are acting within all applicable laws and institutional requirements in your jurisdiction
• You will use products solely within a non-clinical laboratory research context
• You will not repackage, relabel, or resell products for consumer, clinical, medical, or veterinary purposes
• You understand that these products are not approved for human use by Health Canada or any other regulatory authority
• You take full responsibility for compliance with all local, provincial, and federal regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds

6. Shipping & Jurisdiction

Vincor Labs ships to Canadian addresses only, from our facility in Alberta. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure that receiving and using these materials complies with all applicable requirements in their province and jurisdiction. Vincor Labs assumes no liability for any regulatory non-compliance on the part of the purchaser.

7. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Vincor Labs website, product pages, or communications constitutes medical advice. Vincor Labs does not provide guidance on dosing, administration, or any form of human or veterinary use. Any such inquiries will not be responded to.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vincor Labs shall not be held liable for any misuse of its products. By purchasing from Vincor Labs, the purchaser assumes all responsibility for the appropriate and lawful use of the compounds in accordance with this Research Policy and all applicable laws.

9. Policy Updates
