Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us at support@vincorlabs.ca. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Vincor Labs ships to Canadian addresses only from our Alberta facility. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
