Vincor Labs ships exclusively to Canadian addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders are fulfilled from our facility in Alberta and delivered Canada-wide via trusted courier partners.
We do not operate a public storefront or offer in-person pickup. All orders must be placed online and will be shipped to your provided address.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@vincorlabs.ca.
All products are packaged discreetly and securely to maintain product integrity during transit. Our peptides are shipped in appropriate conditions to preserve quality. Cold chain or refrigerated shipping may be available for certain products — please check individual product pages for specific storage and shipping requirements.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vincorlabs.ca. Please include:
We will review your claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Vincor Labs is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
